Turbo brushes contain a rotating roller with nylon brushes. This is attached to an air driven turbine via a drive belt. The rotary brush is driven by the suction air-flow and beats the carpet while continuing to suck; providing the advantage of an upright cleaner but without the need to carry a heavy portable vacuum cleaner. This beating action lifts the carpet pile and agitates the deep grit and dirt that wears the base of the carpet fibres, thus prolonging carpet life. On new carpets it is quite normal for your dirt collection bag or bucket to completely fill with loose carpet fibres for the first few cleans when using a turbo brush. All our turbo brushes have an easily removable inspection flap to access the turbine for periodic maintenance. They are designed for carpets and should not be used on solid floors.

smaller with a 250mm roller brush, it is very maneuverable and has a more
gentle action. The roller brush is 'floating'to allow constant contact with different
